Don't Just Take Our Word For It...

We called Nailed It about a roof leak. Matt did an inspection and recommended we replace the roof as hail damage was evident & the deductible vs repair were comparable. We opted for replacement and so glad we did. Matt was great to work with, kept a close eye on the work, and corrected issues in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Nailed It and Matt! You won't be sorry.

Huge thanks to nailed it. I contacted Matt, explained the shingle damage, and he was out the next day. After inspection, he explained all my options, and emailed me the inspection report an hour later. When we set up a time and date to fix the damage, he was in constant contact, updating me what time he would be there. Great customer service, informative, and great work.

What a fantastical experience! Matt was extremely patient with all my questions and idiocy of not knowing my left from my north. He is what you want in a consultant, hands down. Along with his patience, he was attentive, not pushy, always available if needed, and down to earth. Nailed It Roofers were perfect in their timeliness. The crew were respectful to my family and property. Thanks Matt!

April 2025: due to high winds & hail damage, Rachel & crew inspected my roof etc., and suggested reshingling. Rachel was able to be here when the USAA adjuster came to do his inspection. Rachel and Matt got the work started promptly, replaced the roof on the house & shed, vents, gutters & downspouts. They cleaned up and I had my house back to good health. I would recommend Nailed-It to anyone! Nov. 2022 Rachel and Kyle came to the 2 yr old home I had just purchased to take a look at my roof. The house inspector had suggested a few minor fixes to the roof, I called Nailed It because of their website, reviews and personality when contacted. They came right out, then followed up with an estimate and photos, Kyle came back and did all the repairs, explained all he did, called and sent photos of the work. I will gladly recommend Nailed It to others!

Our process was dragged out at the hands of the responsible party for three months. Finally ready, Rachel got on scheduled and the next day Juan came and did just what she said he would do. He Nailed It! Making my broken home whole again! Many thanks their team as I am beyond a satisfied client.

I called late morning after storm and they arrived in several hours to make emergency repairs to cover the exposed opening! This prevented severe water damage from subsequent heavy rains!
Great response!
